Chad Dickerson, the firm’s founding attorney, has always enjoyed finding solutions to help his clients pursuing their ideas while minimizing their risk. His experience working in some of the largest firms in the country and grinding to build his own practice has given him an excellent background to assess and successfully handle a wide array of business issues, from such diverse scenarios as drafting contracts and advising on privacy issues to issuing private equity to raise capital.

And once prosperity is built, Chad firmly believes that having a plan in place to protect assets and transfer wealth through an estate plan is a gift to loved ones.
